Daniel Matilla, a licensed realtor since 2018, entered the sales profession from a background in property management. He began his professional career at Keller Williams Silicon Beach in the Marina Del Rey, and was 1 of only 3 rookie agents that year to graduate the Mentor/Mentee program with 3 deals closed. In 2019, Daniel joined the family real estate business and placed his license with ERA Matilla Realty. Daniel is now administrative assistant to Broker, Steven Matilla, as well as a sales associate.

He was able to sell our first home in a short window as we moved out of the area as well as help us with the purchase upon our move.
