Matilla Realty, Inc. started personalized real estate operations in Playa Del Rey,in 1989, under the management of broker Steven Matilla. Following in the footsteps of his parents and brother (Luc, Shirley and Daniel), who managed and operated the old T.O. McCoy real estate agency in the 60's, 70's and 80's, Steve was able to build a successful business that caught the eye of a corporate real estate giant - ERA - and joined their franchise system in 2003 and operated ERA Matilla Realty until December 2023. ...

Daniel Matilla, a licensed realtor since 2018, entered the sales profession from a background in property management. He began his professional career at Keller Williams Silicon Beach in the Marina Del Rey, and was 1 of only 3 rookie agents that year to graduate the Mentor/Mentee program with 3 deals closed. In 2019, Daniel joined the family real estate business and placed his license with ERA Matilla Realty. Daniel is now administrative assistant to Broker, Steven Matilla, as well as a sales associate.
